Dissolving Political Ties: 1)
In 1776 America's founders gathered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to draft the Declaration of Independence dissolved the political ties that had bound the American people to Great Britain. A new nation was then born, free and independent. "United States of America." Eleven years later in 1787, after American patriots had won their independence on the battlefield, many of the men who had met earlier in Philadelphia, plus others, met there again to draft a plan for governing the New Nation. The Constitution of the United States. In 1789, after the new plan had been ratified the new government was established. These are America's Founding Documents: The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of The United States. As it has been amended through the years the Constitution is still the Supreme Law of the Land but the broad language of the Constitution is illuminated by the principles set forth in the Declaration. It is important to look first at the declaration where the founders outlined their moral vision and the government is implied.
2) Declaring the Cause:
Addressing a candid world. Looking first to the moral vision outlined by our founders: The founder's immediate aim in the Declaration was to justify their decision in Declaring our Independence. Toward the end, they set forth a theory of legitimate government and then demonstrated how far British rule had strayed from that ideal. But their argument served not simply to discredit British rule; in addition, it set the course for the future American government. Indeed, for more than 2 centuries the ringing phrases of the Declaration have inspired countless millions around the world.
Appealing to all mankind the Declaration's seminal passage opens with perhaps the most important line in the Document: "We hold these truths to be self-evident" grounded in reason, "self-evident" truths invoke the long tradition of natural law, which holds that there is a higher law of right and wrong from which to derive human law and against which to criticize that law at any time. It is not political will then, but moral reasoning, accessible to all, that is the foundation of our political system. But if the reason is the foundation of the founder's vision. The method by which we justify our political order. Liberty is the aim. Thus the cardinal moral truths are these:
"That all men are created equal. They are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. That among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights governments are instituted among men. DERIVING THEIR JUST POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED!
3) God-Given Rights:
We are all created equal as defined by our natural rights; thus, no one has rights superior to anyone else. Moreover, we are born with those rights. We do not get them from the government... Indeed, whatever rights or powers the government has have come from us. the consent of the governed. Our rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness imply the right to live our lives as we wish.
To pursue happiness as we think best, by our own light, provided only that we respect the equal rights of others to do the same, drawing by implication upon the common law tradition of liberty, property, and contract. Its principles are rooted in "right reason" the founders thus outlined the moral foundations of a free society. Only then did they turn to the government. The Declaration says: "to secure our rights; our natural rights and the rights we create as we live our lives. But the powers government may need to do that must be derived from our consent if they are to be just. Government is thus twice limited: by its end, which any of us would have the right to pursue; and by its means which require our consent.
4) Checks and Balances:
When it came time to draw up the new Constitution, the Founders drew upon the principles they had outlined in the Declaration. Having recently overthrown oppressive British rule, they were not about to reimpose oppression on themselves. Accordingly, their basic task was to devise a government that would be strong enough to secure our rights against domestic and foreign oppression, yet not so powerful or extensive as to be oppressive itself. Toward that end, the Document they drafted, once ratified, authorized government and governmental powers, then checked and balanced those powers through a series of extraordinarily thoughtful measures. The Preamble sets forth the basic principle of the Document: "We the people." for the purposes listed, "Do ordain and establish this Constitution." All power, in short, comes from the people. But as a reflection of the principles of the Declaration, the power of the people give to the government, to exercise on their behalf, is strictly limited. Indeed, the very first sentence of Article 1 following the Preamble, implies as much: "All legislative Powers here in-granted shall be vested in a Congress. That the people "herein granted" only limited legislative powers is made clear by the enumeration of those powers in Article 1 section 8 and the point is reiterated, as if for emphasis, in the 10th Amendment, the final member of the Bill of Rights that was drafted in 1789, then added after ratification in 1791: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Plainly, only certain powers were delegated or granted by the people. Those Powers were then enumerated in the Constitution. The rest were reserved to the States or to the people, never having been granted to either level of government.
To illustrate how enumeration limits power, consider the "General Welfare Clause:" of Article 1 section 8. Were the passage containing that clause to be read simply as authorizing Congress to tax and spend for the general welfare, as some read it today, Congress would have been granted all but unlimited power, and the enumeration of other powers would have been to no purpose. Thus, the passage must be read as permitting spending only for enumerated ends. Ant the clause restricts such spending to the General Welfare only! Not to the welfare of particular parties. Similarly, the power given to Congress to regulate commerce among the states could not have been a power to regulate anything except commerce, which in principle is everything. For that too, would have made pointless any limits imposed by enumeration. Rather, the "commerce clause" was meant primarily to restrain state power and to ensure the free flow of goods and services among the states. Congress was given the power to regulate such commerce to make it regular.
These limitations are to be reinforced by the necessary and proper clause which limits the means available to Congress to those that are necessary for executing enumerating powers. Without such means, the enumerated powers could not be executed. This is proper for a government dedicated to Liberty. As their many writings make clear, the Founders intended the Doctrine of enumerated powers to be our principal defense against an overweening government. If there were no power to do something the government could hardly abuse that power. But they provided other defenses as well: Thus, in addition to dividing power between the national and state governments, leaving most power with the states and the people, they separated powers among the three branches of the national government; legislative, executive, and judicial and then devised a series of checks to further restrain those powers. Example: Congress may enact legislation but the president has the power to veto such legislation, which congress may then override, but only by a supermajority vote. Likewise, in deciding cases or controversies before them the courts may exercise their judicial power by reviewing the actions of the other two branches to ensure that they do not exceed the limits in the Constitution. This power was extended to state actions as well but the President and Congress determine who shall sit on the Courts.
6) The Bill of Rights:
The People's Bill of Rights was added in 1791 for greater caution of checks and balances. It was only because no such bill could list all of our rights. The 9th Amendment was added because of this very reason. "The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Of course, the people retain the power to elect their political officials. This was the final check on overweening government power."
Amendment 1: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech; or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably to assemble and petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment 2: A well regulated Militia being necessary for the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
Amendment 3: No soldier shall in time of peace be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner; nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law;
Amendment 4: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects; against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated and no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the person or thing to be seized.
Amendment 5: No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or an indictment of a Grand jury, except in cases arising in the Land or naval forces, or in the Militia when in actual services in time of war or public danger. Nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be impelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself; nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. Nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.
Amendment 6: In all criminal prosecutions the accused shall have the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury of the state and district where the crime shall have been committed; which the district shall have been previously ascertained by law to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation to be confronted with the witness against him, to have a compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Amendment 7: In the suit of common law where the value of controversy shall exceed twenty dollars the right of trial by jury shall be preserved and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any court in these United States, then according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment 8: Excessive bail shall not be required nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted.
Amendment 9: The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment 10: The powers not delegated to the United States
by the Constitution, nor prohibited by the states, are reserved to the States
respectively, or to the people." unquote:

PL Sturgis: Notice: "The powers not delegated (given) to Federal or limited by the States shall be reserved respectively to the states or to the people." Nothing is limited to the people from the government because it was the people who gave consent to be governed.
7) Generations to Come:
Psalm 78:1-7: "A Prayer of Maschil
of Asaph: "Give ear O my people, to my law. I will open my
mouth in a parable and utter dark sayings of old which we have heard and known.
Our fathers have told us and we will not hide them from our children,
showing to the generation to come to the praises of the Lord and His strength and
the wonderful works that He has done. He established a testimony in
Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which He commanded our fathers that they
should make them known to their children that the generation to come might know
them; even the children that should be born, that they may arise and declare
them to their children, that they might set their hope in God and not forget
the works of God but keep His Commandments."

"The Declaration and the Constitution together address mankind's
most basic political questions, resting on a firm moral foundation, they
articulate the first principles of political organization. Thus,
they were meant to serve, not simply the 18th century, but GENERATIONS TO
COME, which would face the same basic questions whatever their particular
circumstances; whatever their state of material progress. Because the
principles the Founders articulated transcend both time and technology they
will serve us as well while we move through the 21st century, only if we understand
them correctly and apply them well. In the end, however, no
constitution can be self-enforcing. GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS MUST RESPECT
THEIR OATH TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION! and WE, THE PEOPLE, MUST BE
VIGILANT IN SEEING THAT THEY DO! The Founders drafted an extraordinary thoughtful plan of government but it is up to us; to each
generation to preserve and protect it for ourselves and for future generations.
For the Constitution will live only if it is alive in the hearts and
minds of the American People. That,....., Perhaps is the most enduring
lesson in our experiment in ordered Liberty
8) A Matter of the Heart:
"We the people of the United States,
in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice; provide for the
common defense; promote the general welfare; ensure domestic tranquility; and
secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and for our posterity, do ordain
and establish the Constitution of the United States of America."

Constitution But if and When in the course of human events it becomes necessary
to dissolve the political bonds which have connected the US with one another, and to
assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal stations to which
the laws of nature and nature's God entitle US, a decent respect to the
opinions of mankind requires US to declare the cause that would compel US to
the separation.
9) A Long Train of Abuse:
Today in The 21st century our government has passed ungodly laws to destroy future citizens with lifetime rights guaranteed by the First Amendment, which promises life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They have slaughtered billions by full-term abortions, and even after birth abortion by botched abortions. They have broken the Ten Commandment Covenant with our Lord and Savior, which our Founders have already declared to be the very basis and the bedrock for our Liberty, in this our Christian nation under God! In God's own Providence He led the persecuted Pilgrims here for the very reason of "freedom to worship by the dictates of Scriptural Authority and common law.
They have attacked the family created by God, which is the backbone of America by committing child abuse in our Public Schools when they confiscated Bible reading and prayer from our own children! They have held sovereign citizens, hostage, by forcing parents and others to pay for these demonic and ungodly laws. They have taught homosexuality as an alternative lifestyle. when God said it is an abomination and rained fire and brimstone on the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. He would have saved those cities if He could have found 5 righteous souls. They have taxed sovereign citizens beyond human reason and lavished their own lifestyles, forgetting that they are servants of every sovereign citizen!
10) Countless Petitions:

destructive of these ends it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it
and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and
organizing its power in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect
their safety and happiness. Prudence dictates that long-established
government should not be changed for light and transient causes. In
every stage of these opportunities we have petitioned for redress in the most
humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated
injury. These acts which define a tyrant as unfit to be rulers of Free
people. They have been deaf to the voice of justice. We must
therefore acquiesce in the necessity which denounces our separation and hold
them as we hold all mankind: "Enemies in war but in Peace,
friends."

They call the "Global Order" a law they must enforce! There in their private quarters, they speak for you and yours: Some call them "God's Anointed" who know just what to do! They tell the world to join them or they will force them to! Build temples for Mohammad and they'll protect your right! Bow down to a banana and worship day and night. But Christ Alone? Forget it! Speak not within the Gate! To come out and be separate, they will not tolerate! Some call them "intellectuals" and trust them through and through.............. Accepting homosexuals and loving Satan's crew! It isn't such a mystery! It happened all before. Just travel back in history while there's an open door. From border to border it's been their Battle Cry! "We need a Global Order! Rebellious souls must die!" Let Bloody Mary match it or recall what Hitler said: "Have order or the hatchet is coming for your head!
