There are no provisions in the Constitution for the United States of America for anyone holding a position of emolument to trespass violate or to alter the Constitution of the United States of America, the evidence of that is in the holders of emoluments, oath of office.

The oath of office binds all of those who hold an, or any emolument by oath, to uphold protect, and defend The A PAGE FROM THE DIARY OF BILL SHARPE:07/31/2021 HERE'S MY THOUGHT FOR TODAY,, if the oath holders follow their oath and do not perform Perjury or treason against our nation, they do not have the authority to change the Constitution in any way shape or form, because of their oath of office, and by their own words forbids them to perform those acts without performing perjury first, recognizing that the oath of office is the protection from personal abuse from any holder of an emolument.

The Declaration of Independence,(The foundation And standing of our nation) which led to the creation of this nation, would have no defense or laws protecting the Declaration of Independence, And the freedoms and liberties of a free people,if it was not for the Constitution of the United States of America, and that is why the Constitution of the United States of America can not be altered, for it would put the standing of the American people in jeopardy, for the Constitution of the United States of America was written in defense of And to protect the Declaration of Independence,For the Declaration of Independence is the foundation, not only for the liberties and freedom's of the people,But to protect the right of the people's declared Liberties and freedoms by that God-given document as God-given, therefore excluding any man-made statute codes regulations or rules or laws trespassing upon them, you see the Constitution for the United States of America is the protection device for the declared natural rights of free men, and any attempt to alter those rights is Perjury and treason against the free people of our nation.

The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights were designed to protect good men from evil men who have evil designs, The malicious designs of men must be thwarted.

I pledge my allegiance, my life my liberties, and all of my earthly treasures, to the flag And to all the people of the united states of America, and to the declaration of independence, And to our Bill of Rights, and to our Constitution of the united states of America, and to the laws of nature and nature's God and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

I also pledge to uphold protect and defend our form of government, From all threats foreign or domestic known as the constitutional republic of the united states of America, the only guaranteed form of government left to us by our founding fathers, I also pledge to uphold and protect the founding principles of liberty and justice for all, known as the declaration of independence for the united states of America, and if I shall fail to perform these duties as I have Pledged and declared, I will return all gratuities and emoluments back to the people in full, and never seek an office of the government ever again.

I, as one of we the people of the united states, affirm that I have read will read our U.S. Constitution and pledge to maintain and promote its standard of liberty for myself and for my prosperity, and the people of the united states of America and do hereby attest to that by my
