The Constitution

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.





The Constitution is for the American citizen, and the government is meant to be run by the people. The vision that the Framers penned so powerfully over two centuries ago in 1787. 
"Every government degenerates when trusted to the rulers of the people alone. The people themselves, therefore, are its only safe depositories".

Short-term politics are overshadowing the long-term interests of our nation. It is up to We the People to restore the federal government to its original constitutional nature. Empowerment must be returned to the people, the government must be restricted from overreaching into the American people's lives, and officials need to be reminded that their role is one of a servant, not served.
