TRUMP GETS ANOTHER WIN!! :01/12/2019

Federal Appeals Court allows the Military to continue ban against transgenders.  In fact, the partial ban should never have occurred in the first place! Regarding Trump’s ban on transgender service members, the appeals judges pointed out, “judges must give deference to military leaders when it comes to policy decisions about standards for service.

In July 2017, Trump had sent a series of tweets declaring that he was blocking transgender troops from the military and that they could not serve “in any capacity.”  Well, now he can.“Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail. Thank you,” he concluded.  Mattis’ review determined that those diagnosed with gender dysphoria also experience dangerous side effects such as suicide, anxiety, depression and drug addiction and that surgeries and therapies were not successful in alleviating these side effects.  It was the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that upheld the lower court’s ruling to block Trump’s ban this past July.
