💥 When Did The Feud Begin Between China, United States and Canada?
Back in 2012 there was a federal case involving the U.S. and China over semiconductor technology. The case was between Chinese high tech, Huawei Technologies Co. and CNEX Labs Inc located in California, a startup company backed by Microsoft and Dell. CNEX co-founder, Yiren “Ronnie” Huang alleged Huawei and its Futurewei unit had engaged in corporate esponage. Of course Huawei denied the allegations. Huawei's attorney then filed a countersuit whereby they accused CNEX and Ronnie Huang, who was a former employee, of stealing trade secrets. Huawei also demand detailed information about CNEX’s technology.
💥 Chinese Mobile Phones Could Track Movements of the Military 💥
Pentagon: “Huawei and ZTE devices may pose an unacceptable risk to the Department’s personnel, information and mission. In light of this information, it was not prudent for the Department’s stores to continue selling them.” Naturally, the phones were removed from exchange service stores and exchange concessionaires worldwide following accusations made by top US intelligence officials and lawmakers. Currently, Huawei beats Apple to become the second-largest smartphone maker. Though Huawei failed in it's bid to enter into the market in the United States, it is very successful in Europe.
💥 CFO of Huawei is Arrested in Canada 💥
The United States sent an arrest and extradition request to Canada based upon an alleged violation of U.S. sanctions on Iran and of the misleading of banks and investors that a second company was selling to Iran. U.S knew Wanzhou was in Canada. Because of the long standing pact between the two nations, on Dec 1 while changing planes at Vancouver International Airport, Canada arrested Meng Wanzhou, 46. Wanzhou happens to be the global chief financial officer of Huawei Technologies and the daughter of the firm's founder, Ren Zhengfei. After her arrest, she appeared in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver for a bail hearing. Of course China was extremely upset by the arrest and demanded Wanzhou's immediate release. She remains in her multi-million dollar home in Canada as she awaits extradition to the United States.
💥 China's Bold Threat Against Canada 💥
A Canadian, Robert Lloyd Schellenberg, 36, was sentenced at a one-day retrial to death. What makes this case so unusual is, Schellenberg had already been sentenced when he was arrested in 2014. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison on charges of drug smuggling. One month later when his appeal was granted, the time frame occurred during the arrest of Huawei's CFO. In place of listening to Schellenberg's appeal, his charges were upgraded to international drug trafficking. The court then proclaimed his sentence was too light due to the upgraded charges, so they called for a re-trial. This upgrade had already predetermined Schellenberg's fate regardless of his claims of being framed and innocent, as it calls for the death penalty.
Schellenberg: "I am not a drug smuggler. I am not a drug user. I am a normal person."
Sort of reminds one of the charges North Korea put upon Otto Warmbier, 22. In Warmbier's case, North Korea accused him of stealing a propaganda poster which stated, "Let's arm ourselves strongly with Kim Jon-il's patriotism!" He was arrested and sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment with hard labor. Though the post wasn't putting Kim Jon-il in a bad light, it is a crime in North Korea to have or ruin any item that pertains to a government official. Warmbier's parents attempted many times to seek their son's release by speaking to Obama and Secretary of State, John Kerry, but it was like a car spinning it's wheels in mud. President Trump heard the pleas by the Warmbiers and became instrumental in their son's release. Unfortunately, when the young man returned home, he was received in a vegetative state. North Korea claimed it was some type of food born botulism, but U.S doctors did not find any botulism in his intestines. A brain scan showed a unexplained decrease in brain tissue.

💥 Huawei's Sales Director Arrested on Suspicion in Poland, Charged With Spying 💥
As a result of an arrest, Huawei fired their Sales Director, Wang Weijing, because he "have no relation to the company" and because "the incident in question has brought Huawei into disrepute." Along with Weijing's arrest, a Polish cybersecurity expert who had held several top government cybersecurity jobs and who worked at the telecom company in Orange, was also arrested. Internal Security Agency conducted searches and seized many documents from their homes located in Poland. It is Huawei's hope to bring out the 5G mobile network and make a huge financial windfall.
