Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes once said, “If my fellow citizens want to go to hell, I will help them. It is my job.” He was expressing the limited role of courts in challenges to federal law. It is not the task of judges to sit as a super-legislaturee to question the agendas of the political branches. They will gladly send Congress to hell. It only needs to point to the destination.

In the matter of the border wall, Congress could not have been more clear where it was heading. It put itself on the path to institutional irrelevancy, and it has finally arrived. I do not agree there is a national emergency on the southern border, but I do believe President Trump will prevail. This crisis is not the making of Donald Trump. This is the making of Congress.

This is a short film about our current immigration crisis and the need for a border wall on the Southern border. Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said everyone is welcome here in the United States, and went as far as saying building a wall on the border "is an immorality, and not who we are as a country". I decided to put Speaker Pelosi's own words to test by bringing three amigos, who happen to be illegal aliens from Mexico and Guatemala, to her estate in Sanctuary State California, where we hopped her fence and pitched a sanctuary city on her lawn. Along with seeking sanctuary on Pelosi's lawn, we discovered Nancy Pelosi LOCKS HER DOORS! As you can see, we weren’t able to get inside Nancy's kitchen to make sandwiches. After getting word that 3 illegal aliens and I had pitched a sanctuary tent on her lawn, Pelosi called the police and had us deported from her multi-million dollar Napa Valley Mansion. We have a crisis at the border. President Trump's administration has identified that within the Caravan of illegals headed toward our border, there are many violent criminals and members of designated terrorist organizations who are trying to penetrate our border to harm Americans. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) unit revealed in a year-end report that in total, about 2,737 pounds of fentanyl were seized in Fiscal Year 2018, along with 7,103 pounds of heroin, and 225 pounds of chemicals used to make these deadly drugs. That is enough Fentanyl to kill the entire population of the United States twice over. Upon receiving these statistics and hard data from U.S. Border Patrol Agents and U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen, Nancy Pelosi said, "I reject your facts". It is clear that Nancy Pelosi cares more about partisan politics than securing the US-Mexico border for the safety of the American people. The Democrats refusal to sign off on Trump's requested funding for the border wall has resulted in the longest government shutdown in US history.

Instead of letting the Russia collusion conspiracy theory die an ignominious death, the Left is doubling down on its increasingly ludicrous and stale allegations against President Trump. In fact, the only way they will let this go is if President Trump can somehow miraculously prove a negative, which is impossible. Following the Senate Intelligence Committee’s statement that it found no evidence of collusion, journalist Ken Dilanian tweeted: “To be clear, the Senate Intelligence Committee has not found evidence exonerating Trump either.” Facepalm. Meanwhile, former Obama CIA Director John Brennan called it “collusion in plain sight,” which is an interesting claim since no evidence is accordingly found “in plain sight.” What HAS been found just yesterday, however, is collusion by the FBI to remove Trump from office.

MEDIA BLACKOUT: DRUG CARTELS LAUNCH ANOTHER GRENADE ATTACK ON U.S. CONSULATE IN MEXICO

On November 30, 2018, at least two grenades were thrown onto the U.S. Consulate compound in Guadalajara. Both exploded, leaving what was described by Mexican media sources as a “small crater,” no injuries were reported.

The grenades were tossed over the wall around 3 a.m., according to security personnel.

The following day, the U.S. Consulate in Guadalajara issued the following statement:

At approximately 11:00 pm on Friday, November 30, a security incident occurred at the U.S. Consulate General compound. No one was injured and there was minimal damage to the structure. Mexican and U.S. authorities are investigating and strengthening the security posture around the Consulate facility. U.S. government personnel are advised to review personal security measures.

The U.S. Consulate will have limited operations on Monday, December 3, to facilitate the investigation. Regular appointments will be rescheduled. U.S. citizens with emergencies should contact the Consulate by phone.
