MEDIA BLACKOUT: DRUG CARTELS LAUNCH ATTACK ON US CONSULATE IN MEXICO

Media Blackout: Drug Cartels Launch Another Grenade Attack On U.S. Consulate In Mexico

MEDIA BLACKOUT: DRUG CARTELS LAUNCH ANOTHER GRENADE ATTACK ON U.S. CONSULATE IN MEXICO
On November 30, 2018, at least two grenades were thrown onto the U.S. Consulate compound in Guadalajara. Both exploded, leaving what was described by Mexican media sources as a “small crater,” no injuries were reported.
The grenades were tossed over the wall around 3 a.m., according to security personnel.
The following day, the U.S. Consulate in Guadalajara issued the following statement:
At approximately 11:00 pm on Friday, November 30, a security incident occurred at the U.S. Consulate General compound. No one was injured and there was minimal damage to the structure. Mexican and U.S. authorities are investigating and strengthening the security posture around the Consulate facility. U.S. government personnel are advised to review personal security measures.
The U.S. Consulate will have limited operations on Monday, December 3, to facilitate the investigation. Regular appointments will be rescheduled. U.S. citizens with emergencies should contact the Consulate by phone.

Despite the lack of attention given to this attack by the national press, this is only the latest in a string of attacks on U.S. Consulate offices and personnel in Mexico, some of them with deadly consequences…
-In January 2017, Christopher Ashcraft, a senior official assigned to this same office was shot while leaving a local shopping center. He survived the shooting, and a suspect was taken into custody. That suspect, 33-year-old Zia Zafar, later pleaded guilty to attempted murder of an internationally protected person and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.
The shooting was an ambush-style attack, motivated by “visa issues.”
Though Vice-Consul Ashcraft, survived, the bullet remains lodged in his spine, while shrapnel is still deeply embedded in his chest, Assistant U.S. Attorney Ronald Walutes.
-In February 2013, three grenades exploded in Nuevo Laredo, just feet from the U.S. Consulate office.
The Dallas Morning News reported:
Three grenades exploded Thursday evening in Nuevo Laredo, just feet from the U.S. Consulate office, sources in the Mexican border city said.
No injuries were reported, but the explosions rattled the neighborhood, as locals scurried for cover amid a firefight between what’s believed to be members of the Zetas criminal group and their former allies, the Gulf cartel, which is making a push to reclaim the territory.
The two groups appear to be battling, leaving a trail of killings and burned houses. In recent days, sources said, seven people have been killed — three of them Americans — and five homes torched.
The U.S. Consulate issued an alert, and Mexican soldiers were deployed to guard the building.
That attack, marked the second time in three years, an explosion rocked that same U.S. facility.
-In April 2010, someone tossed an explosive device onto the grounds of the U.S. Consulate Office in Nuevo Laredo. The bomb broke windows and caused some minor damage, but no injuries were reported.
Nuevo Laredo is just across the river from Laredo, TX.
-In March 2010, U.S. consulate employees in Juarez were murdered in targeted attacks, after leaving a child’s birthday party.
In two separate attacks, cartel gunmen murdered two Americans attached to the consulate. Authorities believe that members of the Mexican drug gang known as the Aztecas actually carried out the attacks.
Lesley Enriquez Redelfs, a consulate employee, along with her husband, Arthur Redelfs, a detention officer with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department were gunned down as they were leaving a child’s birthday party. The couple was murdered after being chased-down by the hit men. Their baby daughter who was in the backseat survived the assault.
Also shot to death in the coordinated attacks was the husband of consulate worker, Jorge Salcido Ceniceros, after gunmen boxed-in his car. His wife, Hilda Antillon, was traveling in the car behind him and was uninjured, though the couple’s two children were wounded in the attack.
The hit squads used AK-47s as well as 9mm handguns.

For you see, the world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.

Coningsby: Or The New Generation And, The governments of the present day have to deal not merely with other governments, with emperors, kings, and ministers, but also with the secret societies which have everywhere their unscrupulous agents, and can at the last moment upset all the governments’ plans. — Benjamin Disraeli, Speech at Aylesbury, Great Britain, September 10, 1870
