Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, November 19, 1863
Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth upon this
continent, a new nation, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition
that all men are created equal.
Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a
great battlefield of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that
field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that
nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.
But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate - we can not consecrate -
we can not hallow - this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled
here have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world
will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget
what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to
the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced.
It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us
- that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for
which they gave the last full measure of devotion - that we here highly resolve
that these dead shall not have died in vain - that this nation, under God,
shall have a new birth of freedom - and that government of the people, by the
people, and for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

A Nation Divided
We, the American people, are facing another Civil
War, not between North and South, not over the question of having slaves nor
freeing those slaves, but Liberal vs Conservative beliefs. Abraham Lincoln
loved this nation and it broke his heart to see this nation so divided and
filled with hatred. I believe that in the same way, President Trump is
broken-hearted to see this nation so divided, although I doubt that he would
allow us to see this since he must remain strong.
What is so criminal is that the people of this nation who are against
President Trump and Vice President Pence are standing for our politicians and
people whose hearts and minds are set on destroying this nation - not for the
good of this nation, but out of selfish motives and absolute wickedness. The vision of these people includes the destruction of this nation which will bring
forth the destruction of our rights and freedoms, death to those who would
stand in their way of bringing forth a very evil and wicked dictatorship, and
the enslavement of the common person. For themselves, they shall gain power and
riches.
George Washington was given a vision of the wars that would come upon
this nation.
The first was the Revolutionary War. The second was the Civil War.
The third is coming whereby foreign troops shall come to destroy this nation.
The following is this part of his vision:
"And again I heard the mysterious voice saying, `Son of the
Republic, look and learn.' At this the dark, shadowy angel placed a trumpet to
his mouth and blew three distinct blasts; and taking water from the ocean, he
sprinkled it upon Europe, Asia, and Africa. Then my eyes beheld a fearful scene:
from each of these countries arose thick, black clouds that were soon joined
into one. Throughout this mass, there gleamed a dark red light by which I saw hordes
of armed men, who, moving with the cloud, marched by land and sailed by sea to
America. Our country was enveloped in this volume of cloud, and I saw these
vast armies devastate the whole country and burn the villages, towns, and cities
that I beheld springing up.
As my ears listened to the thundering of the
cannon, clashing of swords, and the shouts and cries of millions in mortal
combat, I heard again the mysterious voice saying, `Son of the Republic, look
and learn.' When the voice had ceased, the dark shadowy angel placed his
trumpet once more to his mouth and blew a long and fearful blast.
"Instantly a light as of a thousand suns shone down from above
me, and pierced and broke into fragments the dark cloud which enveloped
America. At the same moment, the angel upon whose head still shone the word
Union, and who bore our national flag in one hand and a sword in the other,
descended from the heavens attended by legions of white spirits. These
immediately joined the inhabitants of America, who I perceived were well nigh
overcome, but who immediately taking courage again, closed up their broken
ranks and renewed the battle.”
"Again, amid the fearful noise of the conflict, I heard the
mysterious voice saying, `Son of the Republic, look and learn.' As the voice
ceased, the shadowy angel for the last time dipped water from the ocean and
sprinkled it upon America. Instantly the dark cloud rolled back, together with
the armies it had brought, leaving the inhabitants of the land victorious!
"Then once more I beheld the villages, towns, and cities springing
up where I had seen them before, while the bright angel, planting the azure the standard he had brought in the midst of them, cried with o loud voice"
`While the stars remain, and the heavens send down dew upon the earth, so long
shall the Union last.' And taking from his brow the crown on which blazoned the
word `UNION,' he placed it upon the Standard while the people, kneeling down,
said, `Amen.'”
The one thing I want to note is that this nation will not be totally
destroyed, but I ask the reader to note the horrible losses. The one thing that
happened at the end was the people of this nation returned to God.
Others have also had visions of a coming nuclear war. I believe that
we are being warned about what is coming.
Despite the prophecies that this nation will experience healing, those
prophecies were dependent upon one thing:
That the people of this nation repent and return to God Almighty.
This has not happened. The hearts and minds of our politicians are set
on evil and wickedness and the absolute destruction of this nation and our
Constitution. Many of the people have committed themselves to the worship of
Lucifer who is focused on the moral destruction of this nation. We are living
in the last days, the time before Jesus Christ returns. Can anyone deny that in
our society we see the following identified in 2 Timothy 3:1-5 (ESV)?
“But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of
difficulty. 2 For people will
be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to
their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not
loving good, 4 treacherous,
reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having the appearance of godliness, but
denying its power. Avoid such people.”
My heart grieves about the fact that so many people in our nation are
so spiritually blind and so full of hatred toward those who do not hold the
same moral values as they do that they are so willing to allow this nation to
be destroyed. So many are bent on evil and wickedness. There are those
whose hearts and minds are so wicked that their only desire is to destroy
people so that they can attain their own selfish, ungodly desires.
We are a people identified in Ezekiel 12:2: “Son of man, you dwell in
the midst of a rebellious house, who have eyes to see, but see not, who have ears to hear, but hear not, for they
are a rebellious house.”
May we become a people who will choose to turn to God Almighty,
repent, and hear what He has for us to hear.
