PETITION TO SUPPORT JUDGE KAVANAUGH'S CONFIRMATION



American Voters,

Judge Brett Kavanaugh is exactly the type of judge we need on the Supreme Court—he will uphold the Constitution and not legislate from the bench.

Democrats know this and so they have resorted to outrageous stalling tactics in Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation process. This isn’t “deliberation,” it is obstructionism, plain and simple. The proof is in the numbers:
  • 43 percent of President Trump’s nominees are still awaiting confirmation in the Senate.
  • The Senate has required time-consuming roll call votes for Trump’s nominees 300% more often than for Obama’s nominees. 
  • A cloture vote to end debate was required for only 17 of President Obama’s nominees compared with 106 of President Trump’s nominees.
  • The Senate passed 863 of former President Clinton’s nominees by voice vote, compared to merely 375 for President Trump
