Trey Gowdy strikes deal with DOJ to obtain documents from Hillary investigation
Trey Gowdy dropped a bombshell on the Hillary camp that will have her shaking in her boots.
On Wednesday, Congressman Trey Gowdy released a joint statement that documents related to the Hillary email scandal are headed his way.

Finally, we may see Hillary Clinton brought to justice.

On several occasions, Representatives have requested information from the FBI pertaining to its investigation into the Hillary email scandal.
While the committee and/or members of Congress have issued a subpoena two, possibly three times, the FBI has brushed them off and refused to turn over the documentation.
With the firing of Comey and McCabe, it would appear as though the agency has finally taken a turn for the better.
After frustrations over a lack of cooperation were expressed by several members of Congress, attorney John Lausch was appointed to handle such “requests.”
Earlier this month, Representatives Bob Goodlatte and Trey Gowdy met with Lausch to discuss the email scandal.
During the meeting, the two congressmen struck a deal with Lausch to have the documentation released for congressional review.
Uh Oh…
This is truly an “uh oh” moment for Hillary Clinton.
We already know Comey was going to let her off the hook no matter what.
Comey has admitted operating under a “Hillary will win” the election mentality during this investigation.
He was so intent on letting her off the hook, he even had a letter drawn up months in advance announcing no indictment would be filed.
That could all change now that Gowdy is finally getting the information he wanted months ago when this congressional investigation into the emails was actually being conducted.
On the turning over of the documentation, Gowdy and Goodlatte stated, “We look forward to reviewing the information to better understand the decisions made by the Department of Justice in 2016 and 2017.”
The statement continued, “Congress has a constitutional responsibility to preserve the integrity of our justice system by ensuring transparency and accountability of actions taken.”
