Why is the oath of office so important before holding any office within the parameters of the United States of America? Why does the United States of America Appear to be in a perpetual state of war?
The answer is pretty simple before any nation can be formed or exist that nation must have a national religion, the national religion for the United States of America is based on three documents, but the foundation of our national religion is the Declaration of Independence, it is the declaration of the people's liberty, it says in the Bible where there is liberty there is the spirit of the Lord, so liberty and righteousness stand side-by-side, and where there is righteousness there is justice, for without righteousness there can be no justice, our national motto is our pledge to allegiance, we pledge our allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to our nation religion, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
Before any agent elected or appointed can hold any position of authority and power in our nation it is a requirement that, that agent take the oath of office pledging his or her allegiance to the United States of America, and to defend our national religion, and that document that defends the national religion of the United States of America is the Constitution for the United States of America, the Constitution is a declared and ordained document to protect liberty, but not just liberty but the liberties of the people, which guarantees to the people that the spirit of the Lord is the guiding factor of not only our liberties but our freedoms to worship the Lord the creator in our own way, but it is based upon a creator who provides liberty and justice for all, so that people when they Seek liberty they will find the spirit of the Lord, this common thread that holds people who seek righteousness and justice together, that bonds them together for a better world, knowing and understanding that none of these creations including ourselves created all of this or even ourselves, this nation created upon liberty and the spirit of the Lord is unique upon all the nations in the world, for in the beginning all nations were corrupted by evil, and when the United States of America was founded and fought for, it was assigned to God that the people wanted righteousness that the people wanted justice, that the people wanted God and his divine providence to guide them.
So That anyone one any individuals takes that oath of office and swear to uphold and protect the national religion and the laws of this land, and they renege on that oath and pledge, they have turned against our national religion, and they have turned against the spirit of the Lord, and they have declared war against the peaceful people of the nation of the United States of America, and have consciously decided that they do not believe in this national religion of a free people who believe in the divine providence of the creator, and have joined the pagan Army and against our God of righteousness, this is why the oath of office is so important in our form of government it defined's the intent of the individual Wanting to hold a position of office, it defines the intent of that individual holding a position in office,If they believe in our laws based upon righteousness and the spirit of the Lord, when they violate that oath of office they do not only war against the people, they war against our national religion, and our believe in liberty and freedom and they war against the People our nation the Lord and the spirit of the Lord!
The oath of office is the qualifier and the disqualification to hold office in America, when you deliberately go against The people's required oath of office you are declaring that you do not believe in our national religion, you do not believe in the Declaration of Independence, you do not believe in the Constitution for the United States of America, and you do not believe in the Bill of Rights, your actions to defend or not to defend any of these documents exposes your true and real religious beliefs, for if you do not believe in these documents you do not believe in American and your soul intent is to destroy the national religion of the free people Of this nation, and you have and will become an enemy of the people and the state when you stand against any of these documents, the definition of this action or inaction is treason, not only against the people of the United States of America but against our creator we call God.

We need to start informing the representatives of this nation that they are the law enforcement of the legislative body for the oversight of criminal behavior in the legislative body, and if they do not perform this function then they become conspirators in the crimes of those performing the crimes, this is the duty and responsibility of all the members of the legislative body, of every state including all of the representatives in Washington DC, they must start filing Criminal charges instead of complaining, you pointed out the fact that Joe Biden is a criminal, you pointed out the fact that Nancy Pelosi is a criminal, you pointed out the facts that Chuck Schumer is a criminal if you do not prosecute these people you have become the criminals!!! When every representative and every member of the government swore and took the oath to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States of America, they declared through their swore oath that they understood what the Constitution of the United States stood for and all of the definitions within, there are no excuses for breaking the law even if you sit at the highest positions in government, when you took that oath of office you declared that you would defend and war against any attacks upon the liberties and freedoms that the Constitution of the United States provided, when you fail to protect those documents those liberties and know freedoms, you have aided and abetted the enemy and are warring against the very documents that you swore an oath to protect.
Remember this when the Supreme Court rules and says that an issue is unconstitutional, what they are basically saying is that an unconstitutional act is unlawful because the Constitution is the supreme law of the land of the United States of America, these repeated unconstitutional acts by certain state governments need to be defined as Deliberate and Premeditated acts of war against the Laws and the Constitution of the United States of America, and the state governors and governments must be put on notice Immediately and without hesitation by the federal government that they are acting in a Warring manner against the laws of our nation which all Agents and members in government should be fully acquainted with without exception!
