The Constitution of the United States of America was created and designed to protect the Declaration of Independence, it was also designed to make sure that the laws were uniformly the same across our nation, and that no state could create any laws that were outside the parameters of the Constitution of the United States of America, this was designed so that one could travel from state to state knowing what the constitutional laws were across the entire country, just like the Second Amendment is supposed to grant every's law-abiding citizen the exact same rights across the entire nation so that no one state could change the laws outside of the parameters of the agreed contract between the states and the federal government.
Any states laws that exceed the parameters of the United States Constitution are deemed to be unconstitutional and therefore void for effect, the problem that we have in America today is that our constitutional republic has been overthrown by a democracy which is mob rule, so the mobs in several states are trying to rewrite the Constitution, redefined what liberties and freedoms are, and are trying to separate the powers from the state and the contract that they agreed to when they created the federal government.
The states have the authority when there is a majority of states to petition the federal government for a change in the federal Constitution, but states individually cannot supersede the United States Constitution, likewise, the United States government cannot supersede the Constitution or change it, without the consent of the people and the states, this is called the ratification process to make law, somewhere in the past the train has come off the tracks, and it probably started with the American Bar Association overthrowing the judiciary of the United States government, the American Bar Association is a private international Corporation and their members and their organization should be excluded from participating in our government, this is the origins of cancer that has manifested itself within our government and within our nation.
Our liberties our freedoms and our rights travel with us no matter what state we should enter into and shall not be infringed upon, this is the guarantee under article 4 section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of America, which every government employee elected or appointed has agreed to through their oath of office, and when they have reneged on their oath of office they have committed perjury and treason against the Constitution and the people of the United States of America, be it the president of the United States speaker of the house, or the clerk at the courthouse or a cop in your local community!
