How can you ensure that people will want to be peaceful? Our Pledge of Allegiance gives us a pretty good hint, liberty, and justice for all, the founding fathers of this nation struggled with these same questions, this is why we have the Bill of Rights, and this is why we have the Declaration of Independence, and this is why we have a Constitution of and by the people.
You see without liberty and justice for all, you create a scenario where injustice breeds more injustice, it creates animosity and anger of being treated unfair, but When liberty and justice play out the way it was designed to in our common law courts, no one should be angry when they're treated fairly.
It's when our Judiciary or our court systems fails or has been Compromised or taken over by a political organization (The American Bar Association ) to sell justice and disguises it as fairness, you cannot dress up Injustice and put a dress on it, a pig Is still a pig, and to put a dress on it, to Camouflage it, In the end, it is still a pig. In the end, if the judiciary has been corrupted, it will lead to violence and the destruction of a peaceful society, perhaps that's why there's so much security around the judiciary today, protecting the injustices that are being played out in our courtrooms across the nation, from our local communities all the way up to the Supreme Court.
How do you ensure and stop slavery in the nation? What creates slavery? Slavery is caused by debt, how do you create alleged debt? Unfair and unjust Transactions or Taxes or taxation Without representation! Again the framers of this nation used the catalyst of the Boston tea party to make sure there was a clause in our founding documents known as taxation without representation, they ingrained it into our history books, the catalyst for the war of independence, unjust or unfair taxes lead to debt, debt leads to monetary slavery, there are different types of slavery, but the penalty and cost are all the same, your liberties and freedoms have been taken from you, and the founding fathers went to great lengths to write documents to protect their and our liberties and freedoms.
The founding father wrote these things we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable, or un-a-lien-able rights ( this means that you cannot be alienated from your rights, and it also means that liens of or A bill of attainder are prohibited by Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 of the Constitution because it deprives the person or persons singled out for punishment of the safeguards( of a trial by jury).and cannot be placed upon your rights to force enslavement) that among ( ALL OF) these rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
And to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, Deriving their Just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that when any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government laying its foundation on such Principles, and Organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to Affect Their Safety and Happiness.
If a political party's mantra is to create taxes, then their sole purpose can only be to enslave those that the taxes are being levied upon.
If you have never been taught to be a free man, then how do you know if you are a free man?
