We the people must introduce legislation a constitutional amendment into all of the state constitutions, that includes that if any representative who is and was sworn in, or required by law to be sworn in by oath of office, who violates that oath of office, and is found guilty of violating that oath of office is immediately terminated from that position, and must surrender all gratuities profits and gains from that office, that was created from one holding that office. Furthermore, any legislation that they have participated in creating or supporting must be deemed as performance in bad faith and should be considered as fraudulent, or in bad faith and must be nullified immediately for bad faith and fraud of office and of official duties.

And all members of the legislative body, and witnesses speaking before the legislative bodies, must be sworn in before any testimony can be considered as a truthful testimony of facts. Pertaining to the creation of or modification of any legislation.
