To the attorney of the United States of America Mr. William P. Barr, my name is William Sharpe a resident of Ellendale Delaware, it has come to my attention and beliefs, the governor of Delaware has entered into a compact with several state governors under the leadership of Gov. of New York, in violation of the Constitution, and under the commerce clause, and also in violation of the emolument clause, and several other restrictions under the Constitution of the United States of America.

These governors have conspired together to order their policy officers also known as the police, to enforce unlawful orders to trespass upon the citizen's liberties and freedoms that are guaranteed under article 4 section 4 of the Constitution, and which also violate the Declaration of Independence. They are also creating a political environment very similar to what led to the great Civil War in our country, by separating themselves into a compact of states they are basically forming a country within our country, this type of behavior was instrumental in creating the Civil War.

Below are quotes from the Declaration of Independence modified by myself, to show the comparison of our governor to the tyranny of the past King and dictator, our founding fathers laid the framework for us to recognize and understand when tyranny was afoot, and about to strike a fatal blow upon the people, let these words guide us today, to prevent the injuries of the past from re-seeding themselves in our presence.

The history of the present governor of Delaware is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these State. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has dissolved representation in the houses for opposing with manly firmness his invasion of the rights of the people.
He has sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.
He has combined with others( the governors of many states) to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and acknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation;
for cutting off our trade with all parts of the public and community; for suspending our own legislators and declaring himself invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever;

so I am requesting an investigation into these Democratic-controlled states working in Compaq with each other which appears to be a precursor to Civil War in our nation, I would request that a military tribunal be convened to investigate these governors of these states for treason against the people of the United States of America.
The actual letter I had to send had to be reduced to 2000 characters, this is what it would have looked like in its entirety.
