Parkland shooter was assigned to Obama-era ‘prison to school’ program
A very disturbing fact about the Parkland shooter has just come to light.
A new report uncovered by Ben Shapiro shows the Parkland shooter was able to avoid prison through an Obama era program called PROMISE.
More Denials
According to Broward County Public Schools Superintendent Robert W. Runcie, schools under his office were not enrolled in the program.
However, a recent investigation proves the superintendent was actually lying…

Not only was the school enrolled in the program, but it did not even keep tabs on the Parkland shooter when he was supposed to be in the program.
PROMISE
The PROMISE program came to be in 2013 under the Obama administration.
The program was meant to try to help young minority students by keeping them out of jail.
Violent students, rather than being arrested and having a record, were supposed to be mentored.
In this case, the shooter was to have gone through a 3-day program, which was never completed.
The school board has repeatedly denied being a participant in the program, but that, as we said above, has been proven to be false.
The Price
Had the Parkland shooter been brought up on charges for vandalism, he would have had a record.
If he had a record, he would not have been able to purchase firearms.
Would this have prevented the shooting?
There is no way to tell for sure, but the path he would have taken had he been arrested or actually completed the program surely would have been different.
Either way, you slice it, there is blood on the hands of both the Superintendent and the Obama administration.
